$5 per entry competition videography fee.  This is mandatory.

Entry Fee Refund Policy – $50 office fee will be deducted from all refunds. Before closing date, full refund minus office fee. After closing date up until 72 hours before event starts, full refund minus office fee only if we can fill your spot from waiting list . No refunds after 72 hours prior to event start.

Stall Fee – $135

Stall Deposit – $0

Stall Fee Details – Initial bedding provided (one bag). Final cleaning provided. Additional bag of shavings available at $10 per bag. Self-stalling may be allowed in designated areas if barns are full. VSE’s have priority. $50 cost. Contact secretary if considering self-stalling.

Stall Cleaning Fee – $0

 Stall Refund Policy – Same as entry fee.

Camping on site, no hookups.  No fee.

Other fees or costs not covered above, or notes about fees:   $30 per person for Saturday night dinner -$50 gift card awarded to competitor selected as the most friendly and helpful to others!  In addition to the live Auction on Thursday, there will be a Silent Auction that will end Saturday after dinner. Credit/Debit cards will be welcome for both auctions.

Social Event- Thursday Wine and Cheese Soiree with LIVE AUCTION.  No dinner Friday… time to walk the course.  Saturday night Awards  Dinner $30 per person

Golf Cart rental: some rental golf carts available, reservations required.
Please reserve golf carts directly from Fourome Golf Carts in Woodburn, OR 503-981-4606 Golf carts are delivered Thursday and picked up Monday.  No one day rentals.

Other Dressage Information – Dressage starts Friday 8:00 am.  Warm up area close by. All tandem,Unicorn, and four-in-hand will be held in large arena (40 x 100 or VSE 30 x 75)

Marathon Terrain – Sec. A and Walk, flat pasture, can be bumpy, Sec. B. dirt track through woods, some hills.

The Tall Timbers obstacle used in previous years  will be replaced by a new obstacle in the Spectator Field.

 Stables Open – Thursday 9:00 am

Secretary Office Open – Thursday at noon.

Course Briefing (if required) – Briefing and course walk 5:00 pm Thursday, July 11th.

Social Event – Thursday night welcome Wine and Cheese Soiree with LIVE AUCTION followed by Potluck dinner. Friday night open….walk your obstacles! Saturday night Awards dinner.

Other Information

Equine Health Requirements: Please see ADS Rule Book Article 6.3. Equines must be accompanied by a valid certification either included with the entry or presented to the secretary before equine(s) is unloaded at Inavale.  Confirm expiration dates with your veterinarian.  ALL EQUINES 1 Equine Influenza Virus and Equine herpes Virus (Rhino Pneumonitis) vaccinations within 6 months.  Choices of proof per ADS Article 6.3: OUT OF STATE EQUINES ONLY add 2.  Negative Coggins test within 6 months prior to July 16, 2018. 3. Current Health Certificate.  Please check with your vet for particulars.
