Entry Fee Refund Policy – $50 office fee will be deducted from all refunds. Before closing date, full refund minus office fee. After closing date up until 72 hours before event starts, full refund minus office fee only if can backfill from waiting list . No refunds after 72 hours prior to event start.

Stall Fee – $135

Stall Deposit – $0

Stall Fee Details – Initial bedding provided (one bag). Final cleaning provided. Additional bag of shavings available at $10 per bag. Self-stalling may be allowed in designated areas if barns are full. VSE’s have priority. $50 cost. Contact secretary if considering self-stalling.

 Stall Refund Policy – Same as entry fee.

 Stables Open – Thursday 9:00 am

Secretary Office Open – Thursday at noon.

Course Briefing (if required) – Briefing and course walk 5:00 pm Thursday, July 13th.

Dressage Info – Dressage starts at 8:00 am. Warm up area close by. All Tandem, Unicorn or Four-in-hand will be held in large area (40×100 or VSE 30×75)

Marathon – Marathon starts at 8:30 am.

Golf carts and ATV’s allowed on site. Some rental golf carts available, please reserve in advance.

Cones – Cones start at 9:00 am

Safety Check (if required) – ADS safety check form required on site, be prepared, be safe.

Social Event – Thursday night welcome dinner. Friday night open….walk your obstacles! Saturday night awards dinner.

Directions to Show – Inavale Farm is located in Philomath, Oregon, about 2 hours south of Portland and an hour north of Eugene. General Information

Dogs on leash at all times. Dog care available on site. Contact Inavale Farm Kennels, 541 929-4482. Golf Carts and ATV’s allowed on site. Some rental golf carts available, reservations required. Additional shavings available on grounds @ $10 per bag. Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 943.2) Yes, if scheduling allows. Sharing of equipment must be stated on entry form.

Other Information

All equines require Negative Coggins from no longer ago than July 17th, 2016. Equines coming into Oregon require current vet certificate. Please check with you vet for particulars.
