Dear Friends of Inavale,

The ninth annual CDE at Inavale is fast approaching.  For 2017, our contest dates are Friday, July 14th to Sunday July 16th. We are again fortunate to have the wonderful Inavale Farm as our contest location.  In the months leading up to this event, many committee members are preparing schedules, contacting our critical vendor partners and securing our American Driving Society official jury members.  Now is the time when we build our operating budget and secure necessary funding.

To successfully fund the CDE at Inavale we have various methods for individuals and businesses to lend their support.  While competitors will be paying participant and stabling fees, the funding received from these items cover less than 50 % of the event cost. We need sponsors, we need advertisers, we need donors and above all, we need supporters who want to see this gem of the Northwest Driving Community continue for years to come.

As we surveyed participants from the 2015 event, we heard a familiar theme. “Great Location”, “Friendly People” and a “Memorable, Wonderful Event”.  We are asking members and vendors in our communities to assist us in making this another successful year.

There are various funding opportunities. Please feel to participate in the form that best suits you.  You may consider an event sponsorship or you may wish to advertise in our event program.  In addition, you have the freedom to donate items to our auction to be held at the event on Saturday, July 15th or elect to make a cash donation.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
